"Orange" wine is white wine that is produced with its skins left on. Orange wines will usually be more tannic than whites, and of a deeper color obviously. Some are real funky, some less so. Common flavor notes are jackfruit, stone fruits, and a savory nuttiness. Pair these with bold and/or spicy foods, or all sorts of protein.
