Made with Gin and  Dry Vermouth. Served dry, or dirty (with a splash of olive brine). Add Gin and Vermouth to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass then shake or stir until well chilled and strain into a cold Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, an olive, or a cocktail onion to make it a Gibson.

2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka

1/2 ounce dry vermouth

1/2 ounce olive brine (if you want it dirty)

Garnish: 2 to 4 olives
