Carbonic maceration is a whole-cluster fermentation method carried out in an anaerobic environment, where the grapes undergo self-fermentation without the skins being crushed.

This is a youthful red wine, low in tannins and highly fruit-forward, with a subtle saline touch that accentuates the fruity flavors typical of carbonic maceration. Notes include tart blackberry, bubblegum, cherry candy, strawberry syrup, banana bubblegum, and salted caramel. It boasts an intense, brilliant neon-raspberry color.
