In celebration of a decade of distilling, Taconic Distillery releases this Limited Edition 6 Year Straight Bourbon. Enthusiasts consider bourbons aged 6 years to strike a balance between complex flavors from the barrel and maintaining the spirit’s youthful vibrancy.

A rich and deep amber color is influenced by the aging process in charred oak barrels, where the spirit absorbs flavors and compounds from the wood. A balance of caramel, vanilla and oak tease the palate and deliver a celebratory smooth experience.

Taconic's water is brought to the surface through a rich deposit of Dolostone. Similar to limestone, Dolostone is rich in calcium carbonate and magnesium. These minerals help to impart another layer of rich butteriness found in our spirits.

Aged 6 years in New York Oak, Char 3, Coopers Select, 53-gallons Independent Stave Company barrels.
