Suze Gentian Root Apéritif 700ml

Made by macerating gentian roots in grape neutral alcohol and this maceration than is double-distilled and blended with herbs and other botanicals. This blend than is aged in well-seasoned casks for 18 months. The nose is unusually fresh, verdant and floral for an aperitif liquor and the finish will remind you of a bitter lettuce, like Endive. Traditionally it is served neat, with tonic water or with orange juice, as well as a flavour in many cocktails, like white negroni and many others.
