Shiratsuyu Junmai Dai Ginjyo Sake 720ml

Takano Shuzo was founded in 1899 on the eighth day of September, known as hakuro no hi or "White Dew Day."

The name Shiratsuyu references hakuro no hi, the traditional marker of seasonal change according to the 24 Japanese solar terms (24 sekki).

Using Niigata Prefecture cultivated Koshi-ibuki rice milled to 50%, this Junmai Dai Ginjyo exhibits mild and elegant fruit-forward aromatics against a crisp structure.
