P.A.N.K., Kékfrankos "Radikaal" Pét-Nat, Transdanubia, Hungary 2024

Pleasant and bright, with strawberry, cranberry and sour cherries. The wine remained on the skins for five days before pressing, and fermentation was spontaneous with native yeasts. 

Unfiltered, unfined and not disgorged. Zero sulfur added.
