It is a straw-colored white, tending to be loaded, the aromas of hay and almond, in the mouth rich in flavors with a dry and decisive aftertaste.

According to ancient tradition, the must macerates long with the skins and is pressed as soon as fermentation begins, to extract the native and peasant flavors.
