Las Jaras, Vin Nouveau "Slippers Sippers" North Coast, California 2022

Slippers Sippers Nouveau is crafted from old vine Valdiguié grapes of the North Coast AVA and blended with Petite Sirah, Zinfandel and Sangiovese. This unique creation showcases the artistry of carbonic maceration, a technique that infuses vibrant fruitiness, freshness, and character into each sip.

A very round & full nose of ripe cherry, raspberry and jam with a hint of spice. Each sip gives plum & cherry and the perfect balance of body & acidity.
