Justin Boxler, Riesling "Empreintes" Alsace, France 2024

The Justin Boxler "Empreintes" (Imprint) line showcases wines nourished by the terroir, the grape varieties, the culture, and a family heritage passed down through generations. Produced from granite plots in Niedermorschwihr, Katzenthal, Turckheim, and Ingersheim, cultivated with respect for the living.

Harvested by hand, the grapes are slowly pressed to preserve the finesse of their aromas. The juices then ferment spontaneously using indigenous yeasts and are then aged on lees throughout the winter in century-old oak barrels, before being bottled in the summer.

The 2024 Riesling vintage, bottled in the summer of 2025, offers a profile that is both straightforward and generous: ample acidity, balanced tension, and a beautiful length on the palate.

This wine embodies the mineral identity of the estate's soils, while revealing a finesse specific to its altitude (350m). A precise and vibrant Riesling.
