Inmemorial is produced by a young winemaking team interested in authentic wines with little manipulation. Only criolla grapes are used. Criolla grapes are wild grapes native to the Americas. The fruit is organic and winemaking is strictly low intervention with native yeast ferments, no fining, no filtration and no additions. Criolla grande is whole bunch pressed and blended with Torrontes, PX, and Pink Muscat which are all skin contact macerated. The result is a delicious wine with bright red fruit aromas, balanced acidity and a lengthy finish. Organic, natural, and vegan!
