Low extraction, low alcohol, bright acidity, juicy fruit... this old-vine Morgon is simply hard to resist. Red wine doesn't get more delicious than this.

Sourced from the Saint Joseph and Grand Cras subzones of the appellation, which give fine, stony wines. A high-lying sandy parcel contributes more complexity, structure, and acidity to the blend.

100% whole-cluster fermentation. Short macerations in tank. Grapes are pressed and racked to barrel before the end of fermentation. Tiny doses of sulfur added during élevage and at bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
