Florèz Wines, Chardonnay "Star Drops" Santa Cruz Mountains, California 2023

A pale yellow in glass with aromas of fresh cut hay, apples, and citrus. A brisk acidity keeps the wine lively and is signature of this mountain grown fruit. A long finish with brioche and citrus. 

Star Drops is the little sister to the Moonmilk cuvée. While this new cuvée shares many of Moonmilk’s esteemed qualities, a shorter élevage and exclusively neutral French oak differentiate the two.
