100% Chardonnay on limestone sloped soil on both sides of the river “Le Serein”. Grapevines are 77 years old.

Old-style Chablis from the North. Florence and her husband François are 8th generation farmers with 18 hectares in Villy. Most of their vines are between 60-80 years old including a tiny slice of the Chablis Premier Cru “Les Fourneaux”, the only Premier Cru to face due South.

Ages on fine lees 5 to 8 months, in a blend of stainless steel and wood.
