Brilliant pale yellow color with green highlights. An expressive nose with floral, citrus and saline notes. A clean, fresh attack dominated by white-fleshed fruit, with a zesty finish.

Domaine Le Novi is built exclusively on Safres or soft sandstone, dating from the Helvetian and Tortonian periods. This long history has given the estate's terroir a delicate composition of sandy and clay-limestone soils.
