This Brut draws from grapes from all three Domaine Huet vineyards, as well as from other small parcels on the estate. It is superb, and can handily compete in terms of texture and flavor with the great Champagnes.

Pétillant, also known as Méthode Ancestrale, is a sparkling wine method where the wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished, resulting in a lower pressure sparkling wine. It is called "pétillant" because only a portion of the fermentation occurs inside the bottle. Yeast is added to ensure the fermentation progresses smoothly.
