Delicious, textured natural Burgundian chardonnay, from experts at their craft.

Organic farming, with no machinery. Vinification in concrete egg with indigenous yeast, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages for 9 months in concrete. Fined with casein and bentonite clay, bottled unfiltered, with minimal sulfur.

In 2022, Aurélien Verdet acquired the entire Domaine de Chassorney from Frédéric Cossard, after 3 years working together as partners. The estate's grapes are certified organic by Ecocert.
