An incredible wine that defines the region by marrying power, earth, finesse, dark fruit, silk, spice, and ageability.

50 year old vines which naturally achieve low yields. The grapes are fully de-stemmed. Primary fermentation in stainless steel cuves, and the wine then racked into barrels where it undergoes long, slow fermentation. Aged in barrel, 20% of which is new oak. Bottled after approximately 16 months of aging.

The stunning collection of premier cru and old-vine vineyards held by the two Chevillon brothers would make any Pinot Noir grower jealous. Their innate ability to carefully tend the vines and master the difficult Burgundian conditions provides ripe, healthy clusters of grapes year after year.
