The brothers Bertrand and Denis Chevillon knock it out of the park every year with their Pinots from Nuits-Saint-Georges. The “Les Perrières” vineyard sits on a limestone quarry which gives this wine a good stony quality on the palate. In its early stages, it has such freshness, charming fruit, and youthful tannins, yet with age, it will become more seductive with bolder aromas of earthiness and dustier tannins.
