Since 1996, Dashe Cellars has crafted Zinfandels from some of the finest vineyards in northern California. This Vineyard Select bottling is aromatic and balanced. Aged exclusively in French oak barrels, this is an expression of Zinfandel at its best.

Dashe uses small hand-tended vineyards, native yeast fermentation, no fining, and other minimalist methods to craft complex, balanced wines.
