Cremisan Winery was established in 1885 and has been managed by the Salesian Fathers for more than a century. To this day, its revenue is a valuable source of support for a variety of educational, recreational and spiritual activities for disadvantaged youth in the Middle East.

All Cremisan wines are organically produced, with vines being tended without the use of pesticides and chemicals. Vines are pruned, sorted and picked by hand.
