Chad, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2022

Chad, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2022

Chad Alexander works closely with many west coast wineries, finding top vineyards and producers that have extra fruit to unload and bottling the wine under his own label. He focuses on the grapes, the vineyards, and how the wines are made, but doesn't advertise the original winery — and is therefore able to sell fantastic products at a more everyday price.

Chad's Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is an excellent example of the essence of Oregon Pinot. Its color is brilliant ruby with garnet highlights; its aromas are of cherries, red berries and a touch of spice. On the palate, the Chad Pinot Noir is energetic and vibrant, with an abundance of juicy berry fruit flavors and a subtle, underlying minerality that adds complexity. The tannins are soft and suave, the acidity fresh and invigorating.

Chad’s Willamette Pinot Noir finishes silky smooth, elegant and wonderfully concentrated, lingering for just long enough to call you back to the glass for more.
