Ceritas, Pinot Noir "Elliott Vyd" West Sonoma Coast, California 2023

100% practicing organic Pinot Noir from Elliott Vineyard (Fort Ross-Seaview AVA). Planted by the Hellenthal family 40 years ago in schist soils with quartz deposits.

Hand harvested, 60-80% whole cluster. Fermented in small fermenters for 14-20 days. Aged 12 months in French oak (25% new).

Ceritas Wines began its winemaking journey in 2005, founded by the visionary John Raytek and a dedicated team with an intimate knowledge of the northern California coastal regions. This collective of passionate individuals, deeply connected to areas like West Sonoma Coast, Santa Cruz Mountains, Moon Mountain, and Napa, considers their wines a true reflection of both the land and themselves.
