100% practicing organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Paratus Vineyard, Mt. Veeder, Napa Valley.

Vineyard is at 1,540 ft elevation, on volcanic soils. The grapes were planted in the 1980s.

Native yeast, gentle extraction and pressing. Fermentation in concrete vessels. Aged in 500L French oak demi-muids for 36 months (40% new French oak).

Ceritas Wines began its winemaking journey in 2005, founded by the visionary John Raytek and a dedicated team with an intimate knowledge of the northern California coastal regions.
