100% practicing organic Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Peter Martin Ray Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA), Paratus Vineyard (Mt. Veeder AVA), and Black Ridge Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA).

The vineyards are planted on shale and volcanic soils, at over 1,200 ft. elevation.

Wine undergoes native yeast fermentation in concrete, with a gentle extraction and pressing. Aged 36 months in 40% new French oak.

Ceritas Wines began its winemaking journey in 2005, founded by the visionary John Raytek and a dedicated team with an intimate knowledge of the northern California coastal regions. This collective of passionate individuals, deeply connected to areas like West Sonoma Coast, Santa Cruz Mountains, Moon Mountain, and Napa, considers their wines a true reflection of both the land and themselves.
