Perched on Alpine slopes in Trentino, Lavis is more than a cooperative — it’s a mountain-made movement. Founded in 1948 by just 14 growers, today it unites 400 families who each tend an average of one hectare. That’s a whole lot of passion packed into a tiny patch of land. With vineyards soaring between 200 and 650 meters, Lavis harnesses the power of altitude to craft wines brimming with freshness and minerality.
