100% Chardonnay from vines planted from 1935 to 1995. The terroir includes grapes from Meursault and Puligny-area vineyards.

The grapes are directly pressed, with light settling before transfer to larger oak foudres and barrels (up to 10% new oak) for indigenous yeast fermentation.

Aged for 12 months, fined and/or filtered if necessary.

Certified organic and practicing biodynamic.
