This estate is on the east side of the Etna volcano in the town of Milo. The zone is the only area in which the DOC Etna Bianco Superiore is permitted. The Nicolosi family owns and operates the winery which is the oldest estate on Etna. They employ organic practices and use chestnut barrels from the forests on their property.
