Grapes are 100% destemmed. Cold-soak for five days, then fermentation during 10 days. Aged for 12 months in barrel, only 20% of which are new. Vines were planted in 1982, 1986. Clay and limestone soil.

François Jobard's son Antoine now runs the domaine. This is as classy and as consistent a property as you’ll find in Burgundy. Antoine has brought his own signature to the domaine: a more sensuous approachability to the wines, all delicious and ready to drink immediately.
