This "more malt, less corn" whiskey is closer to an Irish Whiskey in its superb flavor with notes of cedar, peach, honeysuckle and smokey nuances, even though it is aged in American white oak barrels.

Distilled from Irish malt, corn, German malt, and water from the Newark Watersheds in the Appalachian Highlands.
