The Monier Perréol estate is 12 hectares of vines in the Saint-Joseph appellation only. Jean Pierre Monier and Philippe Perréol have decided to join forces to produce “clean” wines with the purest respect for the terroir. The vines have been cultivated biodynamically and worked by horse since 1995.

Located in the commune of Saint Désirat, the Monier Perréol estate creates real gems still unknown to the general public and even to some lovers of Rhône Valley wines.

It is an area that produces Saint Joseph reds but also some whites. The reds are in an intense, greedy style with notes of very ripe fruit and still retain a very nice freshness.

The vinification takes place gently without any input, the aging is done in barrels and the wine always remains very pure without marking the wood.

They are in the spirit of the wines of the Gonon estate, powerful and full of finesse. The prices of the wines are really very affordable for the appellation and especially for their intrinsic quality.
