Fermented honey was probably the world's first alcoholic beverage and Comb White is distilled 100% from honey. This is a spirit with true honey character without being sweet.

Comb starts by making a honey wine (mead). Multiple distillations can destroy many of the subtle flavors and aromas of our wine, so it is only heated once in a unique process that separates impurities and captures the heart of the flavors. Unfiltered and unaged, use it in place of rum, tequila or cachaca in a cocktail, on ice or simply neat.
