Organically farmed from two parcels in the communes of Ardoix (Marsanne) and Limony (Roussanne). Granite soils. Vinification: Manual harvest, native yeast fermentation in temperature control stainless steel from 15 to 20 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Elevage of 8 to 9 months in used barrels.
