A brisk, distinctive wine that is a great introduction to the Soave appellation.

Nicely balanced and very tasty white with aromas and flavors of lemon, pineapple and peach. Creamy mineral notes and a tinge of herb. Medium-bodied with a fresh, relaxed feel and a pleasant, lemon-cream and pineapple finish. Very refined feel.

Ready to drink. Lovely as an aperitif but also perfect with all sorts of seafood, roast chicken, and many pasta dishes.

Also, the wine was named after Graziano Prà's dog Otto.
