This Irish blonde is more of a redhead, with a fiery temperament to match. Add the blended Irish whiskey, orange curaçao, fino sherry and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

2 ounces blended Irish whiskey

3/4 ounce Pierre Ferrand orange curaçao

1/4 ounce fino sherry

1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters

Garnish: flamed orange peel
