The Nichols Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the steep, rocky hillsides of St Helena just northwest of Lake Hennessey from dry-farmed, Napa-Green Certified vines that produce tiny, thick-skinned berries. This is the source of the wow-factor in Nichols Cabernet. This wine is flashy, with dark, powerful fruit balanced by fine tannins and great length, hallmarks of a long growing season.
