Mt. Beautiful's "White Label" Sauvignon Blanc has great aromatic power, and is lively and vibrant. Blackcurrant, passionfruit, dried herb and tropical notes all provide an enticing medley of flavors and memories. The palate shows a similar fruit profile along with a creamy, textural richness, great weight, drive and finishing with a salty, salivating freshness.

Pair Mt. Beautiful Sauvignon Blanc with freshly caught shellfish, prawn linguine, feta and asparagus salad or enjoy with friends on a hot and sunny day.

Sourced entirely from North Canterbury in the South Island of New Zealand. The plantings are divided into 23 separate blocks, highlighting clonal selection, sun exposure, land aspect and soil composites. The two main hill slopes are dissected by a lake which divides the vineyard into North and South blocks. The Northern blocks are lower and cooler and more suited to this Sauvignon Blanc.
