100% Zinfandel

A garnet ruby color in glass. Piercing aromas of raspberry, beeswax, and black pepper. A tart but juicy palate showing elegance and restraint. A very versatile wine that can be enjoyed at almost any opportunity. Bright enough for a lunch, but serious enough for dimly lit late night conversations.

Grapes are placed 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed into a French oak cuve, where they macerate for 15 days with daily gentle pump overs. The wine is pressed and aged for 10 months sur lie in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with nothing added.
