The Veuve Fourny Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Champagne is made only from Chardonnay Vieilles Vignes. Harvested by hand, this is a champagne with no dosage.
In harmony with its citrus notes, finesse, fruity and balanced palate, it is bursting with intensity and freshness.
This is a blend of three consecutive vintages, with 20% Reserve wine. It spends 7 months on lees, with minimum use of sulphur; vats 75%, oak casks 25%. Bottled unfiltered. Brut Nature, so no added sugar or dosage during bottling.
