Moulin was a challenge set by Master Distiller Jean-Paul Daucourt to create the smoothest and purest vodka available. To achieve this Jean-Paul drew on seven generations' worth of distilling heritage, the use of only the finest ingredients, and craft innovation that sees the seven-times distilled spirit go through a further process of micro-oxygenation and charcoal filtration.
