The Kistler Chardonnay has a classic balance of layered, juicy fruit and mineral backbone. It is delicious wine, with white flowers and stone fruit aromatics leading to a full bodied, juicy core, loaded with flavors of peach, apricots, pineapple and pear. The finish goes a mile long.
This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered and may therefore develop a natural sediment during its evolution. To prevent the formation of this sediment by filtration or other means would interfere with the natural aging process of the wine and diminish its ultimate quality.
