100% Pinot Noir from 55+ year old vines. The soil is marl, limestone, gravel, and clay.

The Savigny-lès-Beaune “Vieilles Vignes” is a blend of three parcels whose average vine age is half a century. It is a clear, pale cranberry in the glass, but don’t let that fool you into thinking the wine is thin — the delicate hue belies the vivid flavors contained within. The Guillemot Savigny-lès-Beaune has an incredibly distinctive nose and flavor profile: a bewitching mélange of tart raspberry, clove, nutmeg, and blood orange.

The Guillemot family has worked Savigny-lès-Beaune vines for eight generations and produces wines with classic Burgundian finesse and balance, all while leaving us a reminder of Savigny’s rustic character.

Barrel aged for 18 months.
