Clément Berthier, Sauvignon Blanc "L'Instant" VDF, Loire Valley, France 2022

Pale gold in color, this organic Sauvignon Blanc has gentle aromas of fresh blossoms, citrus zest and pineapple rinds. Bright with zippy acidity, the palate shines of white nectarine, quince and pear blossoms. Balancing out the wine on the finish is a lovely line of saline and minerality. 

Clement and Florian Berthier produce some of the most delicious, site-specific wines in the Centre-Loire from their own vines. They also craft a pair of delightful and affordable Vins de France, such as this bottle, using purchased organic fruit.
