Domaine Antonin Guyon is one of the most prestigious estates in the Côte d’Or, as well as one of the largest family-owned wineries in the region. It was started in the 1960s by Antonin Guyon with parcels of land in Gevrey and Meursault.

Gevrey-Chambertin is a large wine-producing village in the northern Côte de Nuits. The soils are primarily clay and limestone based, with significant mineral deposits. La Justice vineyard site sits just below the village of Gevrey and is considered the best lieu-dit in Gevrey-Chambertin. Grapes are hand-harvested then carried in small wooden boxes to the cellars, where they are sorted. Fermentation takes places for 20 days in open wooden vats at a controlled temperature with treading. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, one-third of which are new barrels.

Ruby red in color with aromas of morello cherries. Very round and well balanced, with subtle woody tannins and a silky texture. This racy wine can be kept for 10 years. Delicious with lamb, stew, chicken in wine-based sauces and cheeses.
