Eden Rift's flagship Pinot Noir - composition of clones and block-specific conditions. Vinification includes 30% whole cluster fermention on native yeasts. Aged 11 months in French oak (20% new), the wine is focused, age-worthy and provides the ultimate "sense of place". Has heady notes of savory red fruit (cranberry, pomegrantate) on the nose with crunchy red cranberry, chalk, and dark cherry to the taste. Light-medium body. Solid structure, concise finish.
