Alvaro Domeqc 1730 Palo Cortado Jerez Sherry 375ml

Like all Álvaro Domeqc wines, the Palo Cortado Sherry is selected from the first pressing. This wine undergoes a first phase of biological aging to continue with a second phase of oxidative aging. The first phase of biological aging is shorter than in the case of an amontillado, without exhausting it. 

Tasting notes: Bright mahogany colour. Nose of great aromatic intensity, it presents sharp notes and dried fruits such as hazelnuts and a smooth palate. On the palate it is slightly dry and very balanced with great persistence on the palate.

Pairing: It goes well with innumerable dishes, although due to its complexity and richness of nuances it is the ideal wine to drink alone or in moments of calm in which its characteristics can be appreciated in more detail.

Aging: In American oak barrels using the traditional system of soleras and criaderas in a completely traditional way.
