Chacra, Pinot Noir "Sin Azufre" Patagonia, Argentina 2021

Chacra Sin Azufre is a handcrafted personal project by Piero himself. It is an experiment of making wine without science, using only the eyes, nose, palette, and reasoning as tools. It is soft and balanced with lively aromas of dried raspberry, rose petal, poppies and herbs. It is transparent and energetic with pronounced minerality and soft tannins.

Bodega Chacra is using organic & biodynamic farming practices with native yeast fermentation. There is no added sulfur for this natural wine.
