Mineral back bone, lots of fresh herbs and floral notes, with great texture and acidity. A fresh and prickly palate, showing flavors of key lime, lemon, and salt.

100% Jacquère from steep slopes on limestone based soils. Approximately half of the final blend is aged in old oak barrels with the other half aged in tank.

Vinified with native yeasts without the addition of sulfur.
