Yuki Otoko "Yeti" Junmai Sake 180ml

A classic dry sake inspired by local lore, Yuki Otoko is the yeti of Niigata in north Japan, said to haunt the mountains and help lost travelers. A soft texture and sweet aroma of steamed rice resolves a to bone-dry finish. An excellent intro to classic Niigata sake.

Rice is Miyama Nishiki milled to 60%, water is soft from an underground current originating at Mt. Makihata.
